Breeder and buyer hereby agrees to said terms:

Buyer agrees to keep the kitten(s) indoors in a clean and pleasant environment, and provided proper nutrition, health care, and companionship. Buyer states that they will at all times keep the kitten(s) under direct control while transporting. The buyer agrees to provide immediate veterinary care to this kitten if it shows signs of distress, illness, or injury. Failure to do so will render this guarantee null and void.

It is further agreed upon by both Buyer and Seller that this guarantee of health is void if the Buyer has said kitten(s)/ cat(s) vaccinated for FeLV (Feline Leukemia Virus) or FIP (Feline Infectious Peritonitis) at any time. These vaccines can suppress the immune system of healthy cats. Buyer must tell their vet specifically, not to give these vaccines.

Buyer has been provided with current medical records for said cat(s)/ kitten(s) and understands that buyer is responsible for any and all medical and care needs for said cat(s)/ kitten(s) as of date of delivery/ sale.

Buyer agrees that they will from date of delivery/ purchase on be held responsible for the care, safety and wellbeing of said cat(s)/ kitten(s). Including but not limited to veterinary care, flea-treatments, de-worming, daily care, ect.
